Warranty

Conceal Carry Purses offers a 90-Day limited warranty on faux leather purses and a one-year warranty on all genuine leather purses covering manufacturing defects only. Defects may include:

• Broken zipper or hardware
• Stitching issues
• Removable strap issues

We are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather), liquid contact, or chemical contact that has occurred while the product is in the customers custody.

If your Conceal Carry Purses was purchased from a retailer partner rather than the Conceal Carry website directly, please contact the retailer for information on their warranty policy. Conceal Carry Purses will only accept products that were purchased from the Conceal Carry website directly, we are unable to exchange or accept products purchased from retailers. 

Please note genuine leather is unique and has its own natural variations in grain and shading. Some irregularities are common. Also, there might be a slight dye transference on some open pore distressed leather.
